What is E-Tib?
E-Tib is a home-care marketplace for Pakistan. It helps care seekers connect with individual care professionals, agree on a care plan and manage bookings, messages and payments in one app.
Can I arrange care for a family member?
Yes. Choose yourself or someone else when you create a care request or send an offer. For someone else, add their name and explain the help they need. You can choose a different city for that particular request.
Do I have to post a job first?
No. Browse professionals and send an offer directly to someone you’d like to hire. You can also post a request, receive applications and choose a professional from those who apply.
How are professional profiles reviewed?
Professionals submit a profile photo, CNIC and at least one professional document for administrator review before approval. You can also read their experience and published customer reviews when choosing care.
How do payments work?
You agree on a fixed total or per-visit price. Bank-transfer bookings show E-Tib’s receiving bank accounts; upload your transfer screenshot for administrator confirmation. Cash payments are available for eligible professionals. The app shows the available options for your booking.
Can I use E-Tib as both a care seeker and a professional?
Yes. Both roles live in the same app. You can arrange care for your family and set up a professional profile to offer your own services. Professional approval is required before taking work.
